Un amico mi ha portato un kit di scarichi 2 in 1 con finale Supertrapp acquistati su Ebay. Un ammasso di ruggine avvolto in fasce di scarsissima qualità. Gli ho detto di lasciarmelo che avrei provveduto a ripristinarlo. Il giorno seguente, in una bella giornata di sole autunnale, ci siamo messi a rimontare il suo kit di scarichi sul suo FXSTB Night Train del 2005 dopo aver smontato tutto, sabbiato, riverniciato con il nero per alte temperature e poi rifasciato tutto con le bende in fibra di vetro color antracite. Non credevamo ai nostri occhi. Dall'ammasso di ruggine ne è uscito un kit di collettori Ness per Evo adattato per Twin Cam con un bel terminale a tromboncino corto della Supertrapp che suona bello profondo e funziona a meraviglia. L'aggiunta di un coprifiltro stile goccia S&S adattato su filtro Screamin' Eagle ha completato il lavoro. Foglie rosse di sfondo e poi via veloci verso il tramonto.

A friend of us bought a set of Supertrapp 2 into 1 exhaust on Ebay and asked us if we could put it on his 2005 FXSTB Night Train. It was a real piece of rust covered with very bad quality thermal wrap. After a good sandblast and a few layers of high temperature black paint the exhaust was ready to be installed. It is actually a Ness system for Evos that has been modified to fit Twin Cams. The short Supertrapp muffler sounds great and works even better. We wrapped everything into black thermal wraps and added a teardrop S&S style chrome air cleaner cover on a Screamin' Eagle air filter and the work was done. A couple of nice pics with red leaves in the background and then he was ready to run towards the sunset.
