Una nuova moto entra a far parte degli amici di Crazyoils. E' una VRSCF Muscle alla quale abbiamo solo fatto qualche forellino qua e là. Per l'esattezza abbiamo fatto cinque fori nelle leve dei comandi al manubrio e poi le abbiamo lucidate a dovere. Qualche foro anche nel coprichinghia superiore ed una bella rinfrescata di nero opaco a polvere. Il copricinghia inferiore in plastica invece è sparito. Ma il lavoro più delicato è stato dissaldare il paracalore degli scarichi 2 in 1 Vance & Hines, fare i fori, risaldarlo, sabbiare il tutto e poi riverniciare con una vernice speciale siliconica per alte temperature che resiste fino a 600°C. Un lavoretto semplice ma divertente.

There's a new entry in the Crazyoils' group of friends. It's a nice VRSCF Muscle. We only drilled a few holes here and there actually. First of all we drilled the brake and clutch levers and polished them. Then we drilled a few holes in the upper belt guard and we had it powdercoated in flat black. The lower belt guard has been taken away. And last but not least we unwelded the heat shield of the Vance & Hines exhaust system. We drilled it and welded it back in its position. Then we sandblasted everything and repainted it in heat resistant flat black. An easy job but nice and fun.
