2005 FXST

We at Crazyoils do not build old school choppers with old engines and rigid frames, at least not at the moment. We let other customizers do it to get two pages of glory on the local magazine. Here we make our friends' dreams come true. On their bikes. Everyday bikes. "Normal" bikes that are so Special to them. And sometimes it takes very little to do it, just like in this case. A painted gas tank and a couple of new risers did the job and I'm sure our friend went to bed smiling last night. I've always thought that a good paint job makes 60% of a bike's beauty. Here the orange metal flake tank by Mauro Valletti gives a whole new light and life to the chrome and black of the rest of the Softail. Just add a couple of 8" risers that tower over the wide glide triple trees just like the columns on the Temple of Selinunte and the job is done.
