Preparando un nuovo vecchio bobberino mi sono ritrovato a mettere mano a quasi tutte le sue parti. Cuscinetti nuovi, impianto elettrico, verniciature varie, tante modifiche, e tanti pezzi da ricondizionare. E' il caso di queste vecchie pinze PM. Erano veramente messe male. Le ho sgrassate, sabbiate, lavate e fatte verniciare a polvere. Ovviamente poi ho montato un bel kit di guarnizioni nuove della PM. Lo stesso è valso per la pinza posteriore ed i pompanti. Quanto tempo si impiega per fare le cose fatte bene, ma poi il risultato ripaga.

While working on a new old bobber I had to take care of most of its parts. New bearings, cables, wiring, losts of custom parts and stuff. The brake calipers were some old dirty PM ones. I cleaned them up, sanded them and had them powdercoated. Lucky that I could find the PM rebuilding kit to replace all the old rubbers. Same i did for the rear brake caliper and master cylinders. It really takes a lot of time if you want to do things the right way, but at the end it's really worth it.
