Che gran godimento aprire lo scatolone arrivato questa mattina dalla Zodiac con dentro uno splendido sistema di scarico Supertrapp Megaphone due in uno da montare sulla moto del nostro amico Paolo di Duecilindri. Riesco ancora ad emozionarmi dopo tanti anni scartando e maneggiando questi affascinanti pezzi di metallo. Ora più che mai ne apprezzo la qualità e la fattura, la precisione nel montaggio, le saldature e le finiture. Ovviamente Paolo non sta più nella pelle. Questi scarichi vanno a migliorare notevolmente la sua già bella XL883R che negli ultimi tempi è stata vista al contest cafè racer a Verona. In aggiunta mi sono permesso di rinnovare il set di guarnizioni di tenuta con un kit di alta qualità della James. Montati e già ascoltati. Fantastici. Ma per vedere la moto finita dovrete attendere un'altra piccola modifica.

This morning I was so excited when the parcel from Zodiac arrived. Finally my hands were unpacking the Supertrapp 2 into 2 Megaphone exhaust that I bought for Paolo of Duecilindri. I'm surprised but I still feel a lot of passion even after so many years spent on these bikes, when I hold these pieces of metal. Now more than ever I can understand the quality of these products, the nice welds, the perfectly matching parts, the great look. They are going to give a real kick to the look and performance of Paolo's XL883R. Some of you might have seen it in Verona at the cafè racer contest. Anyway I also got a set of high quality gaskets and seals from James just to do things the right way. Everything has been already installed and checked but you'll se the pics of the bike as soon as we finish another little job on it.
