WESTERNBULL NEW PRODUCTS

Vi segnalo i nuovi prodotti dei ragazzi di Westernbull con i quali collaboro da alcuni mesi e che sono stati presentati al Bike Expo di Verona. La borsa Indian capiente e dal design innovativo, la copertura per serbatoio abbinata e i portafogli Small e Big sono tutti ornati da conchos in argento ricavati dai vecchi dollari americani. La linea Westernbull si espande, la qualità già alta migliora ancora e il "Made in Italy" trionfa sulle nostre moto.

I'd like to introduce you the new products by Westernbull that have been released for the Verona Bike Expo. The Indian saddlebag is big and very detailed with its matching tank panel and the Small and Big Wallets are all embellished with old silver dollar conchos. Westernbull line of fine leather products is growing, the high quality is getting even higher and the "Made in Italy" triumphs on our bikes.

Il lavoro è quasi ultimato. Ancora qualche piccolo ritocco e poi passo in cromatura. In tutto questo devo ringraziare Lorenzo che mi ha dato la sua fiducia e la possibilità di creare da zero parti che potevo solo immaginare e The Creech che mi ha insegnato il valore delle armi ed i segreti dell'acciaio.

Almost done. A few more details and the new sissybar will be ready to be chromed. I definitely need to thank Lorenzo for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to create parts that I only once imagined and The Creech who thought me the value of our weapons and the secrets of steel.

SPORTSTER CUSTOM SISSYBAR

The Creech e Crazyoils lavorano e si divertono nella creazione di un sissybar custom made per Sportster. E' solo l'inizio ma già i presupposti sono ottimi. Non vedo l'ora di ammirarlo cromato e montato.

STAFFA FARO PER SPORTSTER - SPORTSTER HEADLIGHT BRACKET

Nuove piccole creazioni. Una staffa per il faro della Sportster da 6 1/2" con snodo per regolare l'inclinazione. Ovviamente tutta fatta a mano by Crazyoils.

Little new creations. This is a headlight bracket for a Sportster with a hinge to set the light at the right height. All handmade by Crazyoils of course.

Si potrebbe pensare alle selle LePera dal titolo e invece... che pere! So che come al solito non centra col tema delle moto, ma sicuramente fa piacere vederle e riscalda le nostre fredde giornate invernali.

I know this has nothing to do with our bikes nor the LePera Silouette seats. Who cares! I think this pics can at least warm up a bit these cold winter days.

SELLA BILTWELL - BILTWELL SEAT

Avevo già montato da tempo la sella Tuck n' Roll della Biltwell sul mio Shovel e ne ero contentissimo per qualità e comodità. Ma dopo averla avuta con le molle per qualche mese ho deciso di abbassarla al massimo e renderla fissa. Per fare questo ho dovuto creare un paio di staffe per adattarla al meglio alle mie esigenze pur mantenendo al massimo reversibilità e praticità di utilizzo e manutenzione. Ecco quindi che il genio del mio Socio, The Creech, ha giocato un ruolo importante suggerendomi di sfruttare il canotto centrale del vecchio seat post originale. Ma come? Con una piastra su misura ed una molla per stampi in poliuretano. Certo, perchè la molla inserita nel canotto e stretta con un bel bullone si comprime e si allarga fino a bloccarsi completamente pur mantenendo una certa morbidezza. Il risultato di qualche ora di lavoro è stato fantastico.

I already mounted the Tuck n' Roll Biltwell seat on my Shovelhead a long time ago and I was really happy about it. Great quality and comfort. I had it mounted on springs for a few months but I wanted to lower it as much as possible and make it rigid. To do that I had to create a couple of handmade brackets that fit my desire to replace or service it as fast as possible. So my pal The Creech came up with the idea of using the old seat post tube in some way. We created a special bracket and installed it with a ureathane spring. The compressed spring stays right in its place, solid and comfy at the same time. A few hours of work and the result is amazing.

FEBBRAIO - FEBRUARY

Nuova settimana e nuovo mese. Si riprendono i lavori in officina. C'è tanta carne al fuoco. Non vedo l'ora di sporcarmi un po' le mani.

Vi ricordate JP Walker, snoboarder professionista? Ho trovato questo video e credo che sia fantastico quello che comunica, per chi conosce bene l'idioma, ma anche solo per le immagini. Ragazzi quand'è che si organizza un'uscita in moto sulla neve?
